An online platform for employers managing social-security cases, documents and consultations. I built the system from backend and interface to deployment.
Context
What the system had to do
Employers needed to manage social-security obligations without in-person visits and paper records. Some customers managed several companies and needed access to all their cases in one place.
What I built
Decisions and delivery
- Built active and closed case tracking, document archiving, live process status and consultation scheduling.
- Added multi-company access and handled architecture, backend, frontend and Kubernetes deployment.
