Context
What the system had to do
Employers dealing with social-security obligations relied on in-person visits and paper trails. The platform had to move case handling, documents and consultations online for organizations that manage several companies at once.
What I built
Decisions and delivery
- Designed and built the platform end to end: active and closed case tracking, document archiving, real-time process status, consultation scheduling and multi-company access.
- Owned architecture, backend, frontend and infrastructure, deployed on Kubernetes.
